- We value your patronage and we appreciate your interest in our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't keep it. If the item is unused, unwashed, and returned in a condition that allows the item to be restocked, we will either replace it for a product of equal value or refund your account. In the event your product is defective, return it in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date and we will replace it. Please refer to the "Returns & Replacement" section for more details.

All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email.
Domestic orders (within the US) should be delivered within 2-3 business days from the date it was shipped (unless overnight option specified). International orders may take from 1-6 weeks to arrive depending on destination country and customs.
We cannot guarantee delivery times. If you feel there is a problem with your delivery, contact us and we will look into it.
Ordering from outside the USA? Please note that Friendly Industries is not responsible for customs or excise import fees that International countries may levy upon package arrival.

- Returns & Exchanges

Friendly Industries will refund or exchange merchandise for all non-sale items returned within 30 days of sale.
Items must be used, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition. Items that do not comply will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
• US Returns: $5.00 charge to reship the item to the customer.
• International Returns: Shipping charge determined by current rate to that destination.If Friendly Industries is responsible for errors in delivery, shipping and handling charges will be waived.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. In exchange for an item or items of lesser value, the customer will receive store credit in the amount of the remaining balance. In exchange for an item or items of greater value, the customer will be charged the amount of outstanding balance.

• The order number and date of order.We will refund your PayPal account the value paid for the merchandise if the Return Policy conditions above have been met. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.

- At this time orders can only be made online at LiveFriendly.com upon creating an Account. Transactions are processed through PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary to make a purchase. A secure credit card transaction can be made through the PayPal interface.
