All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email.

Domestic orders (within the US) should be delivered within 2-3 business days from the date it was shipped (unless overnight option specified). International orders may take from 1-6 weeks to arrive depending on destination country and customs.

We cannot guarantee delivery times. If you feel there is a problem with your delivery, contact us and we will look into it.

Friendly Industries will refund or exchange merchandise for all non-sale items returned within 30 days of sale.

Items must be used, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition. Items that do not comply will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

• US Returns: $5.00 charge to reship the item to the customer.
• International Returns: Shipping charge determined by current rate to that destination.

If Friendly Industries is responsible for errors in delivery, shipping and handling charges will be waived.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. In exchange for an item or items of lesser value, the customer will receive store credit in the amount of the remaining balance. In exchange for an item or items of greater value, the customer will be charged the amount of outstanding balance.

We will refund your PayPal account the value paid for the merchandise if the Return Policy conditions above have been met. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.
